Returns & Exchange Policy
At Eterna, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel completely confident with every piece you purchase.
• We offer easy returns and exchanges within 3 days from the delivery date.
• To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original Eterna packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
• In case any part of the product or packaging is missing, our courier will not be able to collect the item.
• In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, and if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you’ll receive a full refund within 2–4 working days from the date of your request.
